Hi, Wendy. I wonder whether you, as a chef, have thought of teaming up with a school garden program in your area... Think Alice Waters and The Edible Schoolyard.
If a local chef showed interest in working with our kids in The Global Friendship Garden, we'd be THRILLED. What a great way to create local/sustainable conscious Eaters.

Hi Wendy, Glad to hear you're supportive of food grown locally too! I had my first less-than-24-hours-old this morning (from a group of chickens I was filming yesterday) and boy, fresh is so much better!! I just posted a story (video) about a lady who grows and cooks from her garden. I thought you might be interested. Take care! -Rebecca
