About Me:: I am always excited to hear about new ingredients and new ways of improving cultivation food. I am excited to hear that the knowledge for organic and natural food is increasing day by day. As a chef I wish people would focus more on local ingredients, and local flavors rather than trends.

If a local chef showed interest in working with our kids in The Global Friendship Garden, we'd be THRILLED. What a great way to create local/sustainable conscious Eaters.

I had my first less-than-24-hours-old this morning (from a group of chickens I was filming yesterday) and boy, fresh is so much better!!
