Yes they are the Nili Ravis .There milk tastes very different from that of cows.Its white in colour. My town is pretty old place with a very old civilization.Indus valley civilization is among the most old ones ,and the interesting thing is that they were farmers also.I mean the ruins showed that those people farm in same areas 5000 years ago where i am working presently.

I live in south asia .My sole income is by farming,at farm we use some help.I have four or five persons who works with us in farming.But the flowers and kitchen garden is kept by me except an occasional help.The animals are buffaloes,they are only found in our region of the world.The fruits on tree are apples,but its really difficult to grow apples here as the weather is so hot.But i managed it somehow.These are squash in the basket.

How many months could you store like this?
I have minced all the horseradish now.
I added a little cider vinegar and salt and sugar. It tastes great.
I have minced some with beetroot, this looks good.
I have found a recipe for a Bengal Chutney which has horseradish in it, I hope to cook this soon.
