
This is so easy and soooo good. I lightly peel the turnips slice them and boil till tender. doesn't take as long as boiling potatos. Then drain melt some butter in and sprinkle generously with lemon pepper. I can honestly say these purple tops right out of the garden were much better than any I have ever bought in the grocery store. I grew up eating them cooked in the greens but I like them...
